PAYMENT We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. TAX All orders shipped outside the state of Colorado WILL NOT be charged tax. A 2.9% state tax will be charged to all orders shipped within Colorado. SHIPPING All orders are shipped UPS. Customer has the option of Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Overnight. UPS Ground usually takes 5-10 business days depending on the shipping destination. Shipping charges are based on weight as follows; 0 - 0.9 = $4 (gift certificates only) 1 - 4.99 pounds = $10 5 - 10.99 pounds = $16 11 - 15.99 pounds = $20 16 pounds and over = $30 As a reference, each item generally equals one pound, with the exception of outerwear which is usually heavier. Gift Certificates are charged $4 for shipping and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (unless otherwise specified at checkout). RUSH ORDERS The following charges apply to rush delivery: UPS Overnight: add an additional $25 (only available on orders placed over the phone before 3pm MST). UPS 2-day: add an additional $18 UPS 3-day: add an additional $12 *NOTE: Orders are usually shipped witin 2 - 3 business days. If you absolutely need your items shipped quickly, it is best to call in your order so that it is addressed in a more timely manner. Overnight delivery is only available through phone orders. ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION AND AVAILABILITY. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. RETURNS Returns are subject to the following terms: 1. If you are not happy with your purchase, please call (970) 728-6828 or email whatsinstore@twoskirts.net to obtain an RA#. Packages without an RA# will not be accepted. 2. Please include the RA# on the return address label enclosed in your package. If you do not use the enclosed label, be sure to include the RA# on your package and both the PO Box # and physical address as follows: 201 West Colorado Ave. PO Box 445 Telluride, CO 81435 3. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days only an exchange or store credit will be available. 4. All sale items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. 6. All original tags must be attached. 7. All merchandise must be in new, unworn condition or TWO SKIRTS has the right to refuse the return. 8. GIFT WRAP Complimentary gift wrap is available at checkout. Gift wrap includes a glossy white box with pink grosgrain ribbon and gift card.
